How to access the Prayer Tracker in Salam app

  • Open Salam App and tap the Home at the bottom of your screen.

  • Now you would be on this page

  • This section is your prayer tracker,

Here you can click on the circle buttons to check off the prayer as prayed,

The alphabets indicate:

“F” - Fajr prayer

“D” - Dhuhr prayer

“A” - Asr prayer

“M” - Magrib prayer

“I” - Isha prayer

How to Use the Prayer Tracker

  • Over Here, you can tap the circle button to check off the prayer as prayed,

The alphabets indicate:

“F” - Fajr prayer

“D” - Dhuhr prayer

“A” - Asr prayer

“M” - Magrib prayer

“I” - Isha prayer

  • You can tap the “Continue” to expand the tab and get to this page,

Here you can see your daily prayers, optional prayers and fasting you can click on the buttons next to them to check or uncheck them.

If you completed all your daily prayers a green dot would appear on that day on the calendar above like this,

If you also completed all your optional prayers then a purple dot would appear like this,

If you also fasted that day a yellow dot would appear,

  • If your on your menstrual cycle you can click on the button highlighted in red here.

Now the page turns like this,

In this mode you can’t check any of the prayers or fast, and a red dot appears that day like this,

  • You can scroll down to find a notes tab,

Here you can click on it to add notes for the day,

You can also click on the expand button highlighted here to expand the tab,

You can write text in there and click on “done” to save and quit or “cancel” to cancel and quit.

You can also click on the clear button to delete the note for that day.

  • Now on top of that page you can click on the highlighted to open a drop down,

Here you can select different months and year.

  • You can click on the statistic button on the top right,

You would land on this page then,

You can scroll down to see on which days which prayers you have missed prayers.

  • On top there is a graph which shows you how many prayers you have prayed that week,

You can click on the arrows on the top left of the graph to change which week’s graph you are viewing and the reset button shows you the current week.

  • You can swipe left on the graph to show another graph,

Here you can see how many time you have missed an individual prayer, if you hold on to the white bar it would display a number of time missed a prayer,

How to Exit the Prayer Tracker

To exit the Prayer Tracker, press the arrow in the top left corner.
